Castle Clash top-up

Castle Clash top-up

Castle Clash revolves around heroes: their lineup and talents decide whether your castle holds and how far you get in events, from raids and dungeons to guild battles. The key to all of it is Gems, the game's premium currency. Gems hire heroes, buy talents, speed up buildings and unlock events. At Donattio, Gems are topped up by IGG ID, with no password involved.

How to top up Castle Clash

• Pick a Gem pack or a Bonus Gem Pack.
• Enter your IGG ID — it is shown in the game profile and is public data. No password needed.
• Pay for the order and stay reachable: a letter from IGG with a confirmation code will arrive in your Castle Clash in-game mail.
• Send that code to the order chat right away — it expires fast.
• The purchase then usually arrives in the game within 5–10 minutes, and the status is shown on the order page and in the chat.

Why the in-game mail code matters

The code confirms that it is your account being topped up. Nobody gets access to the account: the operator only needs the IGG ID and the code. The letter lands in the Castle Clash in-game mail, not in your email inbox, so open the mailbox inside the game after paying. Keep the game and the order chat at hand so you can forward the code without delay — that is what decides how quickly the order is completed.

Gems and Bonus Gem Packs

One-off packs come in a ladder: 109, 219, 329, 549, 879, 1,099, 2,199, 5,499, 10,999 and 21,999 Gems. A small pack helps when you are just short of hiring the hero you want; a big one is for saving up for a series of hires or a major event.

The 7-day, 30-day and 365-day Bonus Gem Packs work differently: Gems are credited every day for the whole term. That suits players who log in daily and prefer a steady flow of currency over one lump sum. The 7-day pack is a good way to try the format, and the 365-day pack is for those who play Castle Clash seriously and for the long run.

Good to know

Check the IGG ID before paying: a top-up to the wrong account cannot be reversed. Compare the digits with your profile — one extra or missing digit leads to another player. A Bonus Gem Pack keeps crediting Gems to the account in the order for its whole term, so a wrong ID hurts even more there. The order status and the chat with the operator are on the order page, no registration on the site required.
