Genshin Impact top-up

Genshin Impact top-up

Nearly all spending in Genshin Impact, HoYoverse's open-world RPG, revolves around wishes. Genesis Crystals convert into Primogems, which go on wishes and Paimon's Bargains. If payments in the in-game shop do not go through for you, Donattio can deliver crystals and the Blessing of the Welkin Moon by UID and server, with no HoYoverse account password involved.

How to top up Genshin Impact

• Pick a Genesis Crystals pack, a Time Granules pack or the 30-day Blessing of the Welkin Moon.
• Enter your User ID (UID) — it is shown in the corner of the game screen, so there is nothing secret about it.
• Select your account's server: America, Europe, Asia or TW, HK, MO.
• Pay for the order; no password is needed. Delivery usually takes 5–10 minutes.
• Follow the status on the order page and in the order chat; the purchase shows up in the game once you log in.

Genesis Crystals and the Welkin Moon

Genesis Crystals come in packs of 60, 300 + 30, 980 + 110, 1,980 + 260, 3,280 + 600 and 6,480 + 1,600. They are the most direct route to Primogems, since each crystal converts into one Primogem.

The 30-day Blessing of the Welkin Moon gives 300 crystals at once plus 90 Primogems every day. For anyone who plays regularly, it is the best value. The daily Primogems are handed out when you log in, so a missed day is lost. You can also buy the Blessing in advance: each new 30 days stack onto the remaining time, up to 180 days in total. The current price is on the Blessing of the Welkin Moon 30 days card above.

Time Granules form a separate line with the same denominations, from 60 to 6,480 + 1,600.

First-purchase bonus

Genshin Impact doubles the first purchase of each crystal denomination: if the bonus has not been used yet, the 300 + 30 pack gives 300 + 300, with the game's bonus replacing the pack bonus. The doubling is one-time per denomination, so check the in-game shop before ordering to see whether it has already been claimed. It does not apply to the Welkin Moon.

Good to know

• Check the server: accounts on different servers are separate, and the top-up only reaches the one you select.
• If the crystals do not show up, relaunch the game and check your in-game mail.
• If a purchase still has not arrived, write in the order chat — the order number and chat history are kept even without registration.
