Puzzles & Survival is a mobile strategy game from 37GAMES set in a zombie apocalypse: a deadly virus has turned almost all of humanity into zombies, and the survivors have to rebuild their shelter and defend it. Its signature feature is match-3 combat: matching tiles of a hero's color makes that hero attack and charges their skill, so fights are won by the right squad and well-planned combos. Between battles, players develop their base, recruit heroes in Noah's Tavern and level them up, join alliances and fight other states (the game's name for servers). The game is available in Russian.

What Vouchers are spent on

Vouchers are bought outside the game and used in the game instead of real money to pay for packs in the in-game shop. These packs usually contain diamonds, speed-ups, resources and hero materials. Donattio sells Vouchers in packs from 99 to 9,999.

How to top up Puzzles & Survival

• Pick a Voucher pack.
• Enter your UID, which is your 37GAMES account number. Tap More in the bottom-right corner, then Settings → Account → User Center: the UID is shown at the top of the page. No password needed.
• Enter your state number (the number in brackets next to your name in the Account window) and your commander name without the alliance tag.
• Check the details and pay for the order in a convenient way.
• Wait a few minutes for the Vouchers to land on your account.

What you need to know

• Check your UID, state number and commander name before paying: a top-up sent to someone else's account cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If you have migrated to another state, enter your current state number, not the one you started in.
• Vouchers are not diamonds: they pay for packs in the game, and any diamonds in a pack arrive together with it.
• Orders are usually completed within a few minutes. The order status and operator chat are on the order page; if something goes wrong, write there.
