Whiteout Survival top-up

Whiteout Survival top-up

Whiteout Survival is a survival strategy game set in a frozen world: you rebuild a city around the Furnace, collect heroes and fight alongside your alliance. The Furnace level drives the growth of the whole city, and upgrading it eats up plenty of resources and speed-ups.

The main top-up currency is Frost Stars (listed on the page simply as Stars), which buy packs in the in-game shop. Donattio sells Frost Stars in packs of 99, 299, 499, 999, 1,999, 4,999 and 9,999, and for bigger plans there is a bundle of 18,495 Stars + 9,250 Gems.

How to top up Whiteout Survival

• Pick a Frost Stars pack.
• In the game, tap your avatar: the Player ID is shown at the bottom of the profile. It is a string of digits like 123456789 — type or paste it into the order form.
• Double-check the ID, since a top-up sent to someone else's account cannot be reversed.
• Pay for the order. No password is needed: the Player ID is public information.
• Stars usually arrive within 5–10 minutes, and the order status is shown on the order page and in the order chat.

What Stars and Gems are for

Frost Stars are not tied to a single pack — you choose the shop offer yourself. Packs contain Gems, building and research speed-ups, resources and hero shards. Gems, in turn, go on speed-ups and other in-game purchases, and the 9,250 Gems in the big bundle are credited together with its Stars.

Which pack to choose

Packs from 99 to 999 Stars are handy when you want one specific offer. For big events, when several interesting packs show up in the shop at once, players go for 1,999, 4,999 or 9,999 Stars. The 18,495 Stars + 9,250 Gems bundle is for players preparing for State vs State (SvS) who want a reserve for both packs and speed-ups.

Good to know

The packs on this page are for accounts in the Russia region, and the Player ID is all the top-up needs, so nobody logs into your account. That also means no risk of a ban for a sign-in from an unknown device.

Playing several characters in different states? Then take the Player ID of the one the Stars are meant for. If the Stars do not show up right after the order is completed, restart the game. The order status and operator chat are on the order page, available without registering on the site.
