If you play on a phone and a tablet, check that both are signed in to the same account; otherwise one of them may open a different farm without the Cash you bought. Check the email address before paying so the order points to your account. If you have not used that mailbox for a while, regain access first: a confirmation code may be sent there during sign-in.
