In Zenless Zone Zero nearly everything comes down to pulls: new Agents and strong W-Engines come from Signal Search, which runs on Polychromes. Quests and events hand out Polychromes slowly, while the fastest source is Monochrome — the paid currency that converts into Polychromes one to one. So a ZZZ top-up is mostly about Monochrome and the membership.

Monochrome and the Inter-Knot Membership

Donattio offers two kinds of items for ZZZ:

• Monochrome packs: 60, 300 + 30, 980 + 110, 1,980 + 260, 3,280 + 600 and 6,480 + 1,600. The number after the plus is the bonus already included in the pack.
• Inter-Knot Membership: 300 Monochrome right after purchase plus 90 Polychromes daily for 30 days, which adds up to another 2,700 Polychromes a month. You can take a single membership or bundles of 3 and 6 if you would rather not renew it every month.

The daily Polychromes arrive for each day you log in, so the membership pays off best for people who play regularly.

First-purchase bonus

The game doubles the first purchase of each Monochrome denomination. For example, the 300 + 30 pack gives 300 + 300 on the first top-up: the game's bonus replaces the pack bonus rather than stacking with it. It works once per denomination, so before ordering, open the in-game shop and check which packs still have the bonus. The doubling does not apply to the Inter-Knot Membership.

How to top up Zenless Zone Zero

• Choose a Monochrome pack or the Inter-Knot Membership.
• Enter the e-mail of your HoYoverse account — at checkout or later in the order chat. The form has no password field.
• Pay for the order.
• In the order chat, the operator asks for your sign-in details; if a confirmation code arrives by e-mail, forward it there too.
• Keep the game closed while the top-up is in progress so you do not kick the operator out of the account. Timing depends on how quickly you reply in the chat.

Good to know

Monochrome is credited to the HoYoverse account whose e-mail you entered, so double-check the address before paying. If you are saving for a specific banner, work out how many pulls you need in advance and pick a pack with some margin. After delivery you can change your password, and the order status and chat with the operator stay on the order page.
