ZEPETO is all about your avatar, your wardrobe and a huge number of worlds built by players themselves. To make your look exactly the way you picture it, you need ZEMs — the premium currency used for clothing and avatar items. Plenty of avatar items are designed by other users, so spending ZEMs on them also supports the creator. Coins are the second currency and cover regular items.

How to top up ZEPETO

The purchase is made by signing in to your account, so the order goes like this:

• Choose ZEMs, Coins or Premium and enter your game email.
• Pay for the order — your password never goes into the order form at any stage.
• After payment, the operator asks for your sign-in details in the order chat, plus the confirmation code if one arrives.
• While the top-up is in progress, do not open ZEPETO on any device.
• Delivery time depends on how quickly you reply to the operator in the chat. Once it is done, you can change your password.

ZEMs, Coins and Premium

Donattio offers three kinds of ZEPETO products:

Good to know before you order

Only a registered account can be topped up. Open your profile, go to settings and link a sign-in method — Google, Apple, email or phone. A guest profile cannot be topped up, so it is best to sort this out before paying and keep the operator from waiting. If your account has several sign-in methods, pick the one you can access right now — those are the details the operator will need.
